Our dream of owning a home would never be possible if it wasnt for Shawn Winter! 100%. My husband is a disabled veteran and we assumed it wouldnt be that difficult to buy a house! We were wrong! We were told no by almost every financial organization out there, including the ones that say they are there for the vets. However, we got a Yes, Ill help you when our real estate agent introduced us to Shawn, with Cardinal Financial. We instantly clicked. He made us feel very comfortable. It was as though youre talking with family. He asked a few questions, got the basic documents to get the loan process started and he was off!! Ive never seen anyone devote so much time and effort for people he doesnt even know! But HE did. Shawn has an amazing work ethic that you just dont see these days. He can also joke with you! ( loved that!) He spent numerous days and nights trying to work our loan. In the end, he worked his a** off to help us & make our dream of owning a home come true!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn Winter as my loan officer, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for his outstanding service throughout the entire home-buying process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had numerous questions and concerns, but Shawn was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and informed.I want the record to show two major factors. The first is that I was living in Germany while he was living in the United States and even with the time difference, that didnt stop us. The second thing is because I was in Germany, I did not have a United States cell phone number anymore.
