First off let me say a review really does not give enough gratitude that is deserved to Shanes team! I was recommended to his team by our realtor. From day one they listened to every concern, gave advice, and really did something that I’ve never seen a lender do. They cared!!!We were offered an opportunity to get a deal by using another lender but after researching things and trusting our gut we decide to stay with Benchmark. They were completely transparent and caught mistakes quite easily that could have made a heavier impact at closing for us. We all want to save a buck or two, but what we got was safety and trust and it truly was priceless. Thank you for giving us one of the best experiences we have ever had, you exceeded every expectation and more!!
