My wife and I were very pleased with the way Seth handled getting us approved for a conventional loan to secure our second home purchase. This wasnt my first mortgage but Seth was referred to me this time round by my realtor and I would certainly consider hiring Seth again after the experience I had, especially if he could quote me a good rate again. I particularly liked the communication between him and my Realtor - they worked well together and in the end it only took a couple of days for me to secure the VA home loan I needed for my new home purchase. Overall my experience was pretty smooth and Im grateful for the work and experience Seth provided.

I can text or call him anytime without feeling like just another number. Seth has helped multiple clients of mine, but with this latest client, he truly came in to save the day. My client was on her way to losing her dream home due to her original lender. I referred her to Seth days before we were scheduled to close, and he and his team amazed us! We were able to receive more time from the seller, but in less than 2 weeks of working with my client and her conventional loan, he was able to get an appraisal, loan approval and get her to the closing table! I cant recommend Seth and his team enough!
