    We recently purchased a home, and were fortunate to have Jennifer and her team at Sente assist and guide us through the buying process! We had been referred to Jennifer by our realtor. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very willing to take the time to share her knowledge with us. We picked a new build home and were going to use their lender to take advantage of the builders promotion. We told Jennifer, and she was very understanding and said that if we had questions, we could still reach out to her. We are a million times thankful for her because we almost entered a not-so-good contract with the builder. When we had questions and could not get answers from the builders lender, we reached out to our realtor, and he contacted Jennifer. She explained what we were being offered and alternatives that would save us lots of money in the long run. Needless to say, we went with Sente, and from then through closing, things went smoothly, and we got a great price! She even came to the closing and made sure everything was good.     Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Id recommend Jennifer with Sente to any of my closest friends purchasing a home. Jennifer was very straightforward and clear with all communication with me. As a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions; she was extremely patient with me. She even reached out just to confirm things were on track when we hadnt talked in a while. During the house hunt phase Jennifer was helpful with exploring my different options, including single family vs. multifamily and modelling the scenarios.     As a new home buyer, I had no clue how to navigate the mysteries of a mortgage. My google searches resulted in thousands of opinions and hot takes about interest rates, PMI, and a bunch of other complex terms.     We have used the Racanelli team at Sente on at least four loans and will continue to do so. For the record, only one of those deals, so far, has been in New Braunfels. His team got a loan to go through for me that no one else could pull off. That deal was $300K for a 385 sq foot home with the value in the land. Weve owned it for about two years and itd now worth over $425K. Im working on another deal now in New Braunfels that will be a cash deal and needed a few local referrals to help me with it, James gave me everything I needed. There team is so good at what they do, that I use them on anything I come across.I went to the trouble to read the only negative review hes received. I have done enough loans to know that everything doesnt always go the way you want it to. Everything you do financially in life affects your financial picture. You may want a certain type of loan but if you dont qualify, that has nothing to do with Sente, it has to do government rules/laws in place. I think this review was given based on unrealistic expectations and not representative of the Racanelli team. When there are nothing but 5 star reviews and you are the only 1 star review, you might want to look within instead of pointing fingers. Just my opinion.My most recent deal done in North Texas was an amazing accomplishment, in my opinion, by the Racanelli team, they had me pay off certain debts to get my credit score exactly where I needed it in order to get me the best rate. I cant be happier with their service, will use them again, and would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone.
