Daniel and his team were outstanding during our process of purchasing our forever home. Updates were provided just about daily from the Sente app and also via email and text. The process was so easy and Daniel and his team explained the loan processing in a very simple manner that was easy to understand. Daniel and Dana were respectful, polite and they addressed any questions or concerns immediately. This was not the 1st time that we used Sente, it was our 3rd time and as always we walked away 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Daniel anytime if you are looking for a mortgage lender. 5 stars is not enough! I would give 10 if google allowed.I began working with Daniel Plant last year. I was skeptical of the market and I was in a unique situation that motivated me to be patient in my home buying process. I had already purchased two previous homes in another state. Daniel was extremely patient with me while I waited for the right home. He gave great advice along the way and stayed committed to my timeline and my pace. After searching for months and months, I finally found two homes that fit our needs and wants.Daniel again showed great patience and understanding when we canceled one contract and went with the second home. Once we finally had the home we really wanted, Daniel and his team navigated our escrow period quickly, methodically, and very professionally.I was accustomed to having a top notch broker with my last two home purchases in another state. I am pleased that I was able to find another top notch team here in the Houston area. Do yourself a favor, use Daniel and his team at Sente. Purchased in Conroe TX April 2024.

Starting from Janie Avila our San Antonio realtor, Daniel Plant our Sente mortgage banker and Dana Place our loan processor they were all great at explaining everything and answering all questions we had at any time. I absolutely loved that Daniel emailed us each and every single time there was something new that would come up and keep us up to date on everything. This communication was on top of their app that is constantly updating you on what the status of your loan process is. I can truly say that there’s no describing the service that Sente Mortgage has provided throughout the entire home buying process. Daniel worked hard to get me the rates and loan amount within the quickest turnaround time possible. The purchase was from an estate and the sellers realtor was rude, inept and unaware of the paperwork needed to make this sale come to fruition. Daniels patience and knowledge (as well as my wonderful, knowledgeable realtor Laurie) shone through and we were able to finally close after multiple delays. Thanks!

I wanted to start this review off with the premise that we were just flat not ready to move financially. We were renting a condo with the intention on moving about 1 or 2 years later after saving up more money for a down payment when the landlord called and said that he wanted to sell. He was “too tired and too old to be a landlord.” I got the recommend from our realtor to work with Danial at Sente mortgage and was not disappointed. My wife had never been through anything like this and it was a while back since I had purchased one so we were basically amateurs at the entire process.Dan got everything going with his team and April churned through the red tape and slush with the down payment assistance and other things we were needed to get us into a house with payments we could afford without going under financially. I’m not going to say it was easy and that all went well. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but we all got through them and closed without issue. All the while the interest rates were going up and up and investors were buying up all the properties that we were looking at.I would defiantly recommend Dan and his team at Sente mortgage to get you the financing you need to get you into a home or even a “refi” if you need it. Great job guys!
