    Tyler and his team recently assisted my buyers in obtaining a home loan that was not an easy one to get approved. The buyers have a very complex business model and various income streams making their ability to qualify quite challenging. I was skeptical my buyers were going to be able to secure financing and wondered if it was even worth trying. Tyler, who is very experienced with all sorts of buyers, was not deterred and took my buyers on and assured me there was a path to loan approval. Although it was not easy to say the least, Tyler and his team got the deal done and thus made my buyers dreams come true. I can’t thank Tyler and his team enough for their diligence and expertise.

I have been hacked from my email before and did not want to send over sensitive information via email.     I really don’t think moving across the country would have been as easy as it was without Josh Brown and his team.My wife and I moved from Milwaukee, WI down to Austin, TX. Along with all the other concerns of moving such a distance is working with a lender and finding the best rate to finance a new home. Going into purchasing a new home I had done my research and new that I wanted to use my VA loan which I had not used when I purchased my first house. I also knew this time to shop around for lenders as the closing cost and associated fees can vary and make a huge difference when it comes to the amount of liquidity needed at closing.After receiving quotes from 4 different lenders Josh Brown had the second best rate. When he followed up with me I told him I was leaning towards another lender due to the rate was slightly better. Josh literally said that he loves a challenge and let him look at some things and he would be with me shortly. Within about 15 minutes he calls me back and informs me that he has found a special VA loan type that I qualified for and that it will drop my rate by 0.5. Josh Brown literally saved me an extra $100 a month.Not only did Josh save me money, my loan was approved and locked in in just a 2 weeks.     I contacted Josh Penland of the Penland Team on the recommendation of a friend of mine who is a real estate agent. I didnt think I could refinance my home because I had filed for bankruptcy. He assured me that if I could improve my credit score and wait until the two year mark had passed on the filing of my bankruptcy, I had a very good chance of being approved for an FHA loan.I did just what he had recommended to improve my credit score and after the 2 year mark had passed I reached out to him again.He locked in a great interest rate for me and what I thought would be a long and arduous task turned out to be a relatively easy and painless process.April Jones of the Penland Group was very helpful and patient and without her I would have been lost in the process.This is a great team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to finance or in my case refinance a mortgage.
