Actually my bank had a hard time managing my loan, Selene took over the processing and all went smoothly. Nothing negative to say. They are not well versed in government programs otherwise i would have giving them a five star.

Oh my . . . SELENE FINANCE ROCKS!After seeing just horrible, nasty customer reviews about my mortgage servicer, I figured they needed a pick me up.I started with Bank of America in 2004, they finally sold me off back in 2015 after modifying my mortgage.Yep. Got the 2% rate and a principal balance reduction. What? In Texas? Yes sir, unlike CA and FL, where mortgage companies where writing off millions due to inflated values, my little 110K house was 20K underwater. Remember lending is fair to everyone, it wasnt fair that folks in those two states benefitted from shady deals; my house truly lost value. It took a lot of detailed calls and emails. They finally saw the light.I was with Caliber Home Loans for 2 months then sold to Selene Finance.Oh boy, issues with documents being transferred, accounting drama, yada yada but once Selene took over, smooth sailing.Heck, I even had a face to face meeting with customer service instead of the 800 number. Why? My father is hard of hearing plus does things the old fashioned way. Selene didnt have to let us in the door, but they went that extra mile to accommodate my father and scheduled a sit down meeting. Thanks again gang!Then Harvey hit and he did a number on our roof.Selene to the rescue. They offered us 3 payment free months since we had additional expenses and repairs to be done. And ultimately deferred those months until we pay off the loan or sell the house. Thanks again gang!So yeah, Ive been around mortgage companies, and Selene has definitely earned our familys trust with all they have done to help us out when we needed it.Thanks gang!

I called and at first very unprofessional. Got transfered to a lady named Trecia.she made the unpleasant call more better.she took the time and hear me out and resolve my matter.hopefully company promotes her to teach other co-workers how to help a customer out.thank you Trecia you made my day.

Very good service my aunt was working with Wells Fargo before they transferred over to Selene. It was the best we accomplished a modification and remain happy with them
