    I cannot say enough good about our experience with Brooke at National Security Mortgage. We went to her with a “tricky” approval request, as we were told by others, since we are self employed. Other lenders couldn’t approve us for almost half of what Brooke and Security National could. They are very well versed in what they do (Thank you Aubrey, too!). They ran numbers numerous times and assured us that we qualify for what we were asking. Brooke was confident in her work, quick to respond and works outside of business hours making sure the job gets done. She made it such a fun experience compared to past experiences and even gave me her opinion when asked while we were house shopping! She celebrated our offer win and encouraged us during our offer losses while shopping for our next home. We can finally say that we are so in love with our new home. Thank you Brooke for guiding us through what we thought would be an impossible process and for all you have done for our family!! We highly recommend Brooke to anyone and everyone who is looking for a lender. Brooke is your girl, stop your lender shopping with her, you WON’T regret it!     I contacted several lenders but I must say Security National Mortgage is the BEST Company to work with. The Mortgage Loan Originator I worked with was Aubrey Johnson and when I tell you him and his team went above and beyond to make buying our second home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and text and quick to respond even if I had any questions outside of normal business hours. Him and his team made the whole process very easy and I would recommended them to all my family and friends.

    Many lenders shut down before even starting the process with us, speaking with Oswaldo Gonzales he was straight and direct, with a very high sense of optimism and confidence that we needed in every step of the process.     1000/10 recommend Mike! He and his team were amazing. They were quick, organized, and made everything happen for us. We never felt like we were out of the loop. There was constant communication via email, text, and through their app which provided a convenient portal to upload all documents, see how far along in our housing journey we were and to also get alerts when we needed to sign documents promptly. If it weren’t for Mike and his team at Security National we wouldn’t have gotten our dream home! Again - 10/10+ recommend them, we even closed several days earlier allowing us to move into our home sooner. Thanks again Security Nat’!

    Throughout the process, Brooke worked closely with us to ensure we weighed every option in this crazy market! I trusted her guidance and expertise and was thankful to have an ally. Our close was quick (3 weeks!) and although it is a heavy lift to get everything in to a short window, it still got done.

She shopped PMI rates to get me the lowest possible price and found the best program for me to make sure my interest rate was the lowest it could be. I couldn’t have done it without her!     Jim Bobo is a top notch guy, we are glad we found him again. This is our second home purchase successfully tailored by Jim. We couldnt have done it without him as stressful as buying a home can be he was always there to answer and walk us through any concern. He made it a breeze both times now.     He kept his word, when i was even questioning myself if i could actually get the loan for the house. i was ready to give up from all the rough patches that we had on the loan but in the end he kept his word and was very thorough with the loan and also made sure to explain everything in a way that i would understand and he was very patient with me while i got the paperwork needed for the loan.

    Jeff Thomas was amazing through the whole process. Buying my first home was so scary and exciting. Jeff was always there to help explain everything that needed done. He was simply nothing less than amazing.We basically worked by internet the whole time. And when we were finally able to close He drove several hours to be there. That meant so much to me.Im a single mom of 2 daughters. My landlord has raised my rent 300 a month and really was causing so much stress.Now, were in our own home and my payments will allow us to live a good life.
