Niki was who I worked with at Security National and she did an amazing job at walking me through each step of the process as a first time buyer. She was timely in her responses to questions and always provided further explanation if I wasnt understanding right away. She also helped me find the best insurance rates for my new home and got me all set up for closing. Would 100% recommend working with her to anyone starting the home buying process. Denzil Davis and his team are amazing! He was very detailed on process. Communicated updates, sent videos that helped me gain knowledge on purchasing a home. He was always available when I had any questions and shared his own knowledge when we spoke. He was also honest with what to expect for closing costs, escrow, inspections to avoid any surprises. I was also qualified for additional funds to ensure it was less out of my pocket. He also had realtor negotiation on closing to ensure I had less costs. Denzil also would send me a breakdown of any home I sent that I wanted to make an offer so I can ensure I was comfortable with the monthly mortgage. Thank you for everything! My daughter and I are extremely happy! -

My experience with DβA Brooks was AWESOME with a capital βAβ. DβA and her team made my experience buying my new home stress free. The step by step instructions were explained very good and whenever I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. I really enjoyed working with DβA and the SNM group. Had a very smooth experience with my recent refinancing. The whole process was very adaptive to changes. They went out of their way to close on the agreed day even with some last minutes unforeseen delays with flood insurance binder. Would recommend them to any investors. -
