When I decided to move to Texas from Chicago I was going to rent however rental properties were expensive. As I started to look for properties to buy I fell in love with one property in Texas. It was beyond my reach because I hadn’t sold my previous property in Chicago yet however I really wanted to purchase my current property. My realtor connected me with Seamus and it was smooth sailing after. All the paperwork, communication and efficiency that Seamus provided was excellent every step of the way. Everything was processed flawlessly with Seamus and his staff. Mr. Donohoe was honest and realistic with mortgage lending. Seamus has made it possible for me to live on my dream property and I would recommend him as a mortgage lender without hesitation!

Seamus got me the best deal lower rate FHA Mortgage. He got to work right a way closed the deal in record breaking time and my mortgage was a challenge. He presented many options even helped with down payment assistance I recommend him highly if he can’t get you a mortgage I don’t know who can.
