Our experience with Scottie and he’s team was amazing! They helped us buy our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the how professional they all were through this process. Buying a home isn’t easy and can be stressful at times but Scottie and his team were always there every step of the way to help us through this big change in our lives. Wow is all I can say about my experience with Scottie and his team. When I thought all was lost and I was just about to throw in the towel I heard of Scottie. After being told by one lender that we would not be able to get approved for a mortgage my realtor told me to give Scottie Campbell a call, so we did. It was the best call we ever made. Scottie and his very professional team took such good care of us, they swiftly handled everything. I’m still amazed we were able to close on the contracted day. Scottie told us he could do it, and he did. We will forever be grateful to Scottie and his team. We encourage all who are looking for a lender to seek Scottie and his team first. Team Scottie was awesome to work with from start to finish. I was referred to Team Scottie and after working with them would refer anyone to him because I know they will get taken care of. I worked with Scottie for a year when I was living in California and looking for a home in Texas. We lost the bid on several homes but Scottie was always there with help on the pre approval letter and keeping in touch on selling our home in California. Then we found a brand new home and Closed quickly due to all the efforts at Team Scottie.

I could not have asked for a better lender group to work with than Team Scottie! I contacted Scottie at the end of November in regards to buying a house in Texas. I wanted to see what all I would be getting into with buying versus renting. Scottie set up a time where we could chat and I was able to ask him all the questions I had. Once I submitted my initial paperwork, I just had to find a house I wanted to buy to get the ball rolling. Upon my arrival into Texas, I went with my realtor to look at homes. I found a house I wanted to put an offer in on. On Dec. 27, 2018, I put in an offer on a house that was accepted within the hour! Scotties team went to work right away. Not only did Scottie set up different times to video chat to explain things, but he sent out detailed information for me to review. He also explained how some of the other lenders will advertise a lower interest rate which ultimately means more money coming out of the buyers pockets. Since I was using a VA loan and have had friends who have used the VA loan and it took them a while, I did not expect the process to go as quickly or as smoothly as it did. Only 22 days after I put my offer in on the house, I was signing papers to be a homeowner! I most definitely will recommend and use Team Scottie from now on!

We closed on our home very quickly with only a few hiccups but Scottie was always just a phone call away to answer any questions and explain anything we did not understand. He was honest with me and worked with me with what needed to be done for me to get the best rate possible. He and his team made the home-buying process as painless and easy as possible.
