Scott S. worked very hard to be competitive with other Loan officers that were competing for my business. These efforts including working through the appraisal process, working with the builder incentives and different loan scenarios, and rate negotiation as we got closer to closing.Scott was also very responsive when I had questions regarding various stages of the mortgage process and he navigated any hurdles that surfaced efficiently.
