Scott & Sam were great to work with! When purchasing a home, there are a lot of moving pieces and individuals to check-in with. They made sure to update on a regular basis to everyone involved. My team loved the clear communication, attention to detail and their urgency to get my clients loan cleared days before closing! Scott and his team were the absolute best and very professional throughout the entire process!! The type of loan I was getting is very complicated, but Scott prepared me as best as he could beforehand and made sure that I knew exactly what my next steps were before I had to complete them. He made the whole process much easier than normal and I had peace of mind that his team would take care of any issues that arose. They were also proactive in reminding me of things that I may want or need to look out for, even outside of what was expected of them.
