Just recently completed our first mortgage with Sage Capital bank. Kristen Holcombe was excellent through the whole process. She was prompt with answering emails and was easy to reach with a phone call. The difficult part was that we were completing the mortgage process from overseas. Kristen made it go seamless as if we were there in Texas. We were happy to go with a local bank and will continue to do business with Sage Capital Bank.

I have been a customer of Sage Capital Bank for quite some time. I like the idea of working with a local institution that has knowledge of our local economy.I have developed a relationship of trust with Sage Capital Bank over the years. So when I was looking for permanent financing for my newly built custom home I contacted Josh Avant-President of the Lockhart Banking Center whom I have worked with many times in the past. Josh referred me to Kristen Holcomb-President of the Luling Banking Center with Sage Capital Bank.Kristen was great from the very beginning to the final closing. She was always available to answer questions and always kept me informed and up to date. She did all the research in finding the mortgage company that would give me the best and lowest interest rate to fit my needs. Just open account at Sage Bank. The employees at the bank. Are very very helpful and knowledgeable. I would rate their customer service. At the top Of any type of scale.

We thought on round 1 a large SBA direct lender would be the best answer, the 2nd round with went with our local bank Sage Capital and was funded the next day funding became available, bigger in banking is not alows better.
