Ryan was absolutely amazing. I had somewhat unique circumstances around my finances that had given me fits with my prior lender. Ryan came in and just fixed everything. He had amazing communication, very responsive and was patient and understanding throughout the process. Even at the very end when it looked like the Title Company had messed up and would scuttle my closing, Ryan pulled a Hail Mary and I closed on time. I do hope this is my forever home, but when it’s time to refinance, my one and only stop will be with Ryan and Guaranteed Rate!!! -
