We loved that we felt like we had someone on our side every step of the way. Things were explained and the team really worked hard to try to get us the best programs and assistance as best as possible! If something needed to be taken care of on our end, we had someone reach out to make sure we all stayed on track for closing date. Having to electronically sign documents was super easy but most of all helpful since we have to juggle newborn twins, its not always easy to go out somewhere to sign documents so I was very grateful for this! Overall I would totally recommend this team to anyone that is looking to purchase a home as we had the best experience as 1st time home buyers.

This is the second time am using Mid America mortgage through Ryan Grubbs. Once again, Ryan exceeded my expectations. After closely watching rates fluctuate, Ryan was patient but also insightful without being pushy. He would regularly check with me and update me with rate changes and run multiple scenarios to ensure I benefit . He beat the rates offered by 2 major banks I had shopped. After settling on a proposal, I got another opportunity to work with Emily on the processing side. She was equally knowledge and efficient and was able to move my file from processing to closing before the initial estimated lock period. The document portal enabled efficient documents request and submission with ease. The closing process was a breeze and we were able to preview the closing package and also e-sign some of the documents that did not require a wet signature before getting to the closing table. I would not hesitate to work with Ryan and his team again.

Additionally, they went above and beyond, during every step of the lending process. We rarely had to wait for a call back.Initially, we called them on a Saturday (early evening) and left a message. Barny called right back and spent over an hour (on a Saturday night) getting us set up. Barney provided new information, which insured our debt-to-income-ratio qualified for the best interest rates and loan amount needed. Barney is incredible to work with!They make it easy to securely submit documents online, without relentless emails going back and forth. We got a great interest rate and our loan closed on time (in the short window we needed, no simple task). Never had a single issue!This was my 12th home purchase, best experience ever (apparently customer service is not dead!). Strongly encourage you to use them!

The Ryan Grubs team was very responsive and took good care of us.We did run into an issue where, due to a Fannie Mae rule, a gift amount towards the down payment could not come from my fathers trust account. There was also confusion about account the down payment was from.We closed late due to these issues and I wish they had found and resolved te issues earlier on, but there was no real harm done and Id still give 5* to them for their responsiveness and agility.

I selected Ryan Grubs team with Mid America Mortgage for my recent home purchase. It was the best decision I could have made. I moved from another company to Mid America because the first one could not get my loan approved. It was one problem after the next. Not only did the Grubbs team get my loan approved, processed, and closed in under 2 weeks, they gave me almost a full percent lower rate, and nearly half the closing fees the other guys were asking for! If you are looking for a mortgage company, quit messing around and call these guys!!! And special shout out to my loan officer Allen. Thank you for being so easy to work with!
