They have great online infrastructure in place, which has made signing documents, sharing files, and communicating such a breeze. Our home purchase was impacted by Hurricane Ian, and Cole and the team at Royal United went above and beyond to ensure we could close on our original date. The effects of the hurricane were obviously very stressful, but I felt confident and assured by Royal United throughout the process. Alex Cobb is the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. I talked with Alex for a bit about my goals, limitations, refinances and future finances. He’s been so helpful and insightful through the whole process. Definitely went above and beyond with a positive great attitude. Alex was also very flexible with my schedule. I often get off work late (around 7-8pm) and he was willing to work with me after hours without a fuss! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend him to all of my friends who are looking to refinance.

Mr. Fisher went over an beyond on helping me refinance my home. He made it very simple and easy. He advised me on some credit issue they I wasnt aware of as well. I had tried to get several people her in Montgomery to help but they got my info and didnt return my calls anymore. I am blessed to have found Mr. Fisher. After researching several companies, getting put on a back burner by one of them who decided I was just an application number, I received a call from Chris one day wanting to know what my goals were. It didnt take long to hear in his voice his knowledge, patience and willingness to find the refi that was best for my financial needs. He was quick to return calls, emails and texts and kept me in the loop the entire step of the way. His turnaround time for document submission to underwriting and back to me was amazingly phenomenal. If you are looking for a Mortgage Lender and Loan Advisor that will walk you EVERY step of the way, I highly recommend United Royal Mortgage and Chris Schultz. Chris got me started, closed and funded in 21 days. Now THATS customer service.

Kaitlyn Miller was the best loan advisor Ive ever worked with. She easily guided me through the process of purchasing my first home.After putting my information on Lending Tree she was one of the first to call and made everything seem so simple. I know purchasing a home can be quite the task, however, it wasnt with Kaitlyn. When my builder pushed out closing 3 times, she didnt bat an eye, and reassured me we were good to go on her end.I would definitely recommend Royal and Kaitlyn to my friends and family!

A huge thank you to Alex Cobb for the great job of providing guidance and advice throughout the entire re-financing process. Everything was going along very smoothly and we would have originally closed within a short time when my husband unexpectedly passed away. He answered all my questions when at times, it seemed overwhelming; however, Alex was not deterred and had such a positive attitude throughout. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. This 5-star review is for KYLE FOREE. Integrity means a great deal to me. Kyle absolutely is a man of integrity. I highly recommend that you reach out to him if you are considering financing, or thinking of refinancing your home. Long story short, he gave me the right advice at the right time, with no benefit to himself. He answered all of my questions --of which there were many-- with patience and clarity. In the end, he helped me realize that my goal could be served better by not refinancing my home. The fact that he was interested in serving my goal, over a feather in his cap, told me that all lenders are not the same. You can talk to several lenders, but I sincerely recommend you start with KYLE FOREE.

This is the second home I have refinanced with Kaitlyn Miller and after the first time she made it so easy and does everything for you. I only had to do a couple of phone calls and she handled everything else. So I made sure to find her again when doing my second home.
