Great experience working with Rocky Mountain and Loan Officer Fernando Apocada. I was not local and he helped me do everything remotely with no issues. In my case Im a veteran, and I was buying a new build home, and from application to closing date we barely spent about a month to finish the process. He helped me with the VA Loan, and was always reachable over the phone, email, and text. Fernando always answered all my questions and made things easier for me. He was making things happen while I was focus on my daily work life. Next thing I know, I have a closing date. Rounds complete.
