The level of Customer Service that was provided was so Uplifting. Janie the manager was very quick to stop all my concerns with my account and gave me and my wife hope for a growing financial future. I, like many, dont like to go into a banch especially that majority of the time we are always on the go but I sure am glad I did. We were on edge and close to closing our account but after going in and speaking w member services I am looking forward to many many more years with them. Thank you RCFCU!-April

I have been banking with Rivercity FCU since 2010 and Rivercity has always approved whatever I needed and at a good interest rate too. My credit score is still developing but is characterized as poor. However, I have always receive the extra mile of great customer care here at Rivercity thank you Christina C. Zepeda, you and your team of professionals have been terrific help!
