I opened an account on their new location 3014 Rivas. Their office is inside The Neighborhood Place. The reason open an account with this credit union was because they do not have high account fees like my former bank, who charged me $29 every month. Both ladies who were their treated me with respect. Both ladies had excellent active listening skills. I had so many questions about the different accounts they have available.My overall experience was wonderful. Thank you Rivercity FCO on 3014 Rivas for your assistance today.

I have never have to wait to see anyone at this bank. The bankers and tellers are friendly and always willing to help. The amount of interest I have made on my checking alone makes this bank worth it. I have been a member here for about 10 years now. Last year, my debit card kept getting sent to my old address (there was an issue with the computer). Normally they put in a request for a new card and it gets sent out from a third party (hence it getting sent to the wrong place several times). When it became apparent that it was a glitch on the computer, they went out of their way to get a card made for me at the bank and shipped to me (I was unable to pick up the card at the bank for several months due to work obligations.) They bend over backwards for members whenever possible. Im so thankful I switched from bank of America!

Its such a great Credit Union! So grateful I found them! Liz was so kind and easy to work with. Opened a checking account with no fees! They also offer great loans too!

If you are looking for a credit union to help grow financially then please give RCFCU a try. The customer service has been outstanding. I have been with several local banks and credit unions and RCFCU has given me more opportunities to get personal and business loans. During my hardship of 2019 while other banks denied my loan RCFCU took a chance on me and gave me the loan i so desperately needed. RCFCU is a small credit union with very knowledgeable staff, that care about their clients. Give them a chance to prove what I’m talking about.

Have been with RCFCU since 1980 when they were SATelephoneCU. I have never had a bad experience, and friendly tellers and staff. No Bank is perfect but I give them 10 out of 10!

I went thru the process of an auto loan with Jazzlyn Casas who took my info called me back promptly for approval and guided me thru the process with dealer flawlessly she made the experience very easy I commend her on her personable skills and is a great asset to the loan department and bank u all need more people like her she’s awesome

Definately thanking RCFCU right now and their fraud team...I received an email last night stated someone using my debit card in another state....THANK YOU to the fraud dept. and customer service reps for always answering my questions and NOT allowing the charge to go through...Thanks again RIVER CITY FCU staff...
