As a Realtor, working with Riaz was definitely a great experience for me. We faced so many challenges throughout the process but we managed to overcome them. The one thing that I really like about Riaz was the communication. He went over and above to meet our closing date. If you’re looking for a committed and knowledgeable person, you won’t be disappointed working with him.

I totally, completely 100% recommend Riaz for anyone’s home loan. He is extremely knowledgeable, shows that he cares, goes the extra mile, and makes sure everything is set to go as quickly as possible. As soon as our offer on our home was accepted he went to work right away getting all the necessary approvals. About a week from closing everything was fully approved. This was the easiest mortgage process I’ve been through. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

We specifically worked with Riaz Pooran and that is important to note - he deserves ALL the credit and then some! Riaz was phenomenal to work with…not only was he knowledgeable, but he was personable and made the mortgage process (which initially felt confusing), easy to digest and understand. Riaz was accessible and always willing to chat via phone call or text based on our needs. I constantly told Riaz how grateful we were for his proactiveness - we always felt ahead of the curve. Documents were always requested in a timely manner and there was never a last minute rush. When it came to closing day, we had everything we needed and it was a breeze!I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Riaz: professional, caring, knowledgeable, communicative…you name it, Riaz exudes it. Riaz was always in our corner and ready to answer any and all questions we had.
