    Carlos with GAPital is amazing. If you have Carlos on your side, know that you are in good hands. Carlos was referred to me by a mutual acquaintance along with 2 other lenders. Overall, I worked with over 6 different lendors and from the very beginning there was always something noticeably different about Carlos. You will NOT be disappointed. Carlos not only provided white glove service, he also understood the various markets and etc.. that impacts rates. Carlos walked me through reading Loan Estimates and also educated me throughout the entire process.Its one thing for me to know that my loan officer is the greatest, but the ultimate confirmation came from everyone during the home buying process.     Thank you Tacy and Lauren for making our mortgage refinance so quick and easy. They explained everything to us every step of the way and got us a great deal.UPDATE: Adding to my review three years later. We just sold our first house and used Gapital Mortgage again to purchase our next home. My wife and I love using Gapital mortgage. We have used them three times so far (two home purchases and one refinance) and they are great. Tacy and her team are all very friendly and helpful. They work quickly and got us great rates for each purchase. We have been able to complete everything with them remotely through docusign, email, and they can even send a notary to your home to sign all important closing documents. We now live in a very remote area far away from any Gapital offices and they were still able to help us out. I was referred to Gapital by a coworker and now I refer them to all of my friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    So I was referred to Tiffany by my brother-in-law about a year ago when I decided that buying a home was a good idea for my growing family. Unfortunately the circumstances were not in my favor and I wasnā€™t able to get a home, but After having a conversation with Tiffany and her letting me know what I needed to take care of to get my self in better position to get a home i felt confident that this was the right step for me. So a year passed and I got all my ducks in a row and decided to call Tiffany back. I truly thought she wasnā€™t going to remember me and sure enough I told her who I was and without any explanation she remember exactly who I was and what I need to do to get my home. I had a unique situation due to the timing of my purchase and purchasing from out of state that 3 other lenders didnt even bother to work with. We had to jump though a number of hoops to get this deal done quickly and Tacy was all over it! At each obstacle she already had a plan and a backup plan in place.     Kristen Boano did an exceptional job for us. She was able to get our loan done quickly, as well as being so helpful too. We began with a big box bank for our loan and they had more fees and the rates were higher.     MATT CLANTON: Had been looking for a home for the better part of Two years. I went with USAA in the past to buy a home and decided to take a leap of faith working with a different company. I had talked to another Veteran out here in California and he recommended Matt Clanton by name. Im glad I made the call, between my realtor that I had been working with, whom become more like a friend over the years, and Matt as my loan officer, they made up a great team together. My realtor spoke with Matt on a few occasions and said ā€œ He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoken to about VA loansā€. I couldnā€™t have put it better myself. With Mattā€™s help I was able to not only get the home that I wanted, but I was also able to avoid calamity by avoiding a mortgage through USAA. With Mattā€™s due diligence he was able to show me a few ways that things would have went wrong if I had pulled a mortgage through USAA. He pointed some scenarios out that I hadnā€™t heard of once from a USAA rep or loan officer. Iā€™m not trying to put USAA down as a company, however when you buy a home sometimes itā€™s better to reach out than to follow the cookie cutter programmed system we live in. In this example Matt saved me a lot of heartache in the future which could have possibly resulted in foreclosure, and he broke that down for me as well after he ran my numbers. Couldnā€™t be more happy to work with Matt and I sure hope I have the pleasure of working with him in the future.
