Over thr last 25 years I have purchased several houses and after my experience with Robert I will never use anyone else.Robert is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. He has so much experience and presented my options in such a way that I actually understood what he was talking about!He answered any and all questions I had, and ALWAYS responded in a timely manner.I firmly believe that if Robert doesnt know a program that will qualify you for a mortgage then no one can. Let me tell you about this company. First of all Robert Valerio is an AMAZING lending agent. I was a first time home buyer using a VA loan. I had already worked with 2 other lenders who I will not mention. Robert came recommended by my Real Estate agent Angela Tucker. She knew we were not having the best of luck with the prior 2 less than professional lending agents, and Robert was the answer! Professional, punctual, polite, knowledgeable, fair, by the books, and Honest are just a few words that can describe this guy. I am SO LUCKY to have found him. I met a lender who tried to overcharge me and one that ignored me a lot. I had 1 house picked out the entire time, so I couldnt see the problem. Robert saw through the problem!My credit wasnt in perfect shape by any means but he listened to the challenges I was facing and ran toward them! Revolution mortgage was a pleasure to work with also. They got everything done in a timely manner and by the books! As of June 1, 2023 I AM A HOMEOWNER!!!!I cannot stress the value Robert brings to a buyer when it comes to not working over a client. It is really hard to trust during this process and I found myself saying ok I trust you more than I thought I would. I totally gave all of my personal information pertaining to buying a home to Robert and he took care with every but of info. He never gave me a doubt EVER! He spoke with experience and backed up everything he said with actual results.If you need a lending agent you can trust ROBERT IS YOUR GUY! If you are a veteran ROBERT IS YOUR GUY! When I first met Robert I had no idea I could even qualify because of my credit. He taught me how challenge credit accounts online and I got an old collection removed from my credit that was lowering my score by like 40 points. After my score improved I was qualified. I was probably his most annoying client because of all my questions but he was patient and walked me through the process. I love my house and really appreciate all he did to get me here.

I spent 2-weeks creating an analytic report leveraging 26 different lenders when I was purchasing my first investment property. As I narrowed down the options to choose the best company to partner with, Robert cold called me out of the blue. I quickly left all the other contenders and began working with Robert.Robert goes so far above the expectations of any lender and FIGHTS to get you the best deal. He is an expert at finding creative strategies and solutions to reach (and quite honestly exceed) your goals. I came to him with an idea, and he helped me understand how to scale it 5 times larger in the same window of time.I’ve purchased multiple homes with his assistance, made my first million because of him, and I’ve sent (and will continue to send) all of my friends and family to Robert.Seriously, his insight and guidance has changed my life. I shopped around to 4 or 5 different banks before I heard about Robert. I had a very challenging investment loan to get done. I bought a house with seller financing that I was using as an AIRBNB. It had a balloon payment coming due soon, so I needed to refinance fast. I was self employed at the time, and we were also in the thick of COVID lockdowns and economic uncertainty, so I didnt fit the normal lending boxes despite my decent credit and ability to pay the loan.Robert has a gift when looking at challenging loans. He found a way of doing it that at least 4 banks and countless mortgage brokers didnt take the time to figure out. The catch was I had to refinance 2 mortgages on two different properties at the same time in order to qualify for ANY mortgage at all! You can imagine how complicated that transaction got and why no other lender would consider it. Ive since done 5 loans with Robert and will likely never call anyone else as long as Robert is in the business.Robert truly understands that he will make more over his lifetime if he takes the time to help each client in their unique situation even when that means a TON of initial work for a small commission. Hes a rare breed.Highly recommend! 🙏
