Russ went above and beyond! My property came with so many issues from the sellers side, the title company we had to use, and so many other things I cant list because I dont have enough characters available to complete this review. Russ communication was unwavering, and his knowledge base was impressive. I appreciated his upbeat positivity while we worked our way through the red tape of my property. In the multiple times Russ and I exchanged phone calls, I can only remember one time I had to leave a voicemail. Even with that, my call was returned within 15 minutes. Emails and text messages were always answered within 5 minutes. That is huge for me! I dont know this business, I desperately wanted my property, and I was very nervous it wasnt going to happen. Having Russ communication made all the difference. He was also very communicative with my realtor. Obviously, my property is not the only file Russ was working on, but I sure felt like it was based on his dedication. I highly recommend Russ.Russ, thank you so much for everything!

I am so glad I was able to purchase my home through Republic State Mortgage Co!! There was a ton of paperwork requests, but I think that was more from the fact that it was an FHA loan, and theyre always ridiculous with their documentation requirements.Republic really stream lined the process and made it as painless as possible. When I sell this home and move to another one, I will be using Republic again for my next home purchase!!
