    Most of the process of refinancing my home with Republic State Mortgage went very smoothly. Jeff Robinson was very helpful throughout the process. There were two hiccups: First, the title company couldnt determine whether I paid my real estate taxes so their first estimate of closing costs included that amount in my escrow. I found a publicly available website that had the info that I paid and I shared it with Republic. Second, I was given the wrong name for the title company to put on a cashiers check. So, I had to go back to my bank to get another check with the right name.
