Let me start off by saying that Marc really made it happen for me! When I first tried to get approved for a house from a different lender, it was just a blunt no and nothing else. when I was ready to try again I was referred to Marc and soooo glad I did! I was still not ready but almost and he gave me the best advice on what I needed to do to be ready and I followed everything he told me to do. Finally when I tried again I got approved! He helped me through the whole process… explained every question I asked and got me in my dream home! I highly recommend Marc Saucier with republic state mortgage! You will not regret it! What we were trying to achieve with our loan was not your ordinary mortgage situation. After talking to a couple of other mortgage companies, we did not feel very confident we were going to be able to achieve what we wanted to...until we spoke with Marc. Marc was extremely confident he could achieve what we needed. After laying out our options, we knew we were in the right place. He listened to all our needs throughout the process and not once did we feel like we were not important. Communication was great and when it was all said and done, his knowledge and professionalism achieved every thing we could ask for. A+++++

I had a good experience. The loan process is a real pain but the online portal for transferring documents and signing electronically made it easier than having to deal with physical paperwork. Marc was very attentive and communicated with me very well proactively and also anytime I had questions.I left one star off because it was a bit confusing on the website since the mortgage companys user page is different from my loan officers portal, so I ended up having 2 usernames and being confused sometimes about where I should be going. Once inside the portal, some aspects of filing for the loan didnt seem clearly labeled and straightforward and I think they could benefit from some additional FAQs or a walkthrough document that shows the entire process and where to click (a software manual if you will).
