From day 1, everything was smooth with Renovo. Been doing real estate a long long time and by far the best financial group to date. Rates are not conventional rates but that does not matter to me. Quick turnaround time to close and 80% LTV was a deal breaker for me. Excellent team to work and an One Stop Shop per se for those building new or rehab and holding for long term rentals...Nothing but good things to say here :-)
