    As first time buyers we didn’t know where to start. My wife did some research and we decided to go with Ricky as our mortgage broker. The first conversation with him he broke down the home buying process and sent over an application to complete. After reviewing our finances he offered us different loan options and gave his recommendations. We met in person to discuss details about the loan and gave him information about the home we were interested in buying. He answered all the questions we had as purchasing a home has its own lingo. He was available at anytime which was nice since my wife and I both work nightshift. Purchasing our home was quick and stress free and our realtor was even impressed with how quickly Ricky works on his end. I highly recommend Ricky to anyone considering purchasing or to get information to start the process as he’s informative and takes care of everything.

    I recently used their service to refinance my mortgage. The process was made very easy by the advisor. Everything was done via email or phone. Also the process was very fast. It took me less than a month to refinance. I was made aware of the stage in the process that I was on at all time, and when I needed assistance the advisor called me and walked me through every step. A few months ago I started the process, but began to get bombarded with calls from an agent that was extremely pushy. At that point I felt something was off and decided to postpone. With Ricardo the process was calm, and it felt like he really cared to get me a good offer and was looking in my best interest. Will recommend using his service if in the market to refinance or on a new mortgage.
