Came to this branch and Ana Silva gave me exceptional service. She went out of her way to help me even though it was close to closing time. She went above and beyond to contact the departments that could help me even though it was after hours. I am beyond grateful and pleased with her service. I honestly would’ve probably closed my account if it wasn’t for the help she provided. Banks need more knowledgeable people like her! :) highly recommend!

I love this Raiz branch. The place is always in tip top shape, and the staff is very knowledgeable and with a great attitude. Another thing is that I love how they have changed and adapted to the new generation. Going to the bank is now fast, and simple, no more standing in long lines and waiting for ever for a teller.Their automated system is very easy to navigate and is extremely secure, and for any help the staff is always ready to help with the best attitude. I Love Raiz when I switch to it and I love it now .
