    When to get my debt card replace ..there was no waiting which was great the young guy that help me I believe his name was Daniel was really friendly as soon as I walked in he greeted me and help me to register he made the whole process easy and fast..I just love my raiz federal credit union they always take care of my needs ...So if your looking for a friendly bank that cares about thier customers this is the bank you want...Happy Holidays but most important take care and stay safe....

    I was approved for auto financing from raiz. They gave me the best terms and the pleasant surprise that their banking service is top notch. I ended up opening an account with them; they dont offer as many modern features such as chime, but as a local bank, they are great and seem to have a much better localized customer service culture than other banks.

    Teachers federal credit union is fantastic! Ive had an account with them since I was 8 years old and have never had any issues. Especially with covid going on, theyve really been there for myself and the community. I even got a call from them a few weeks back just to see if everything is going well with me, and if theres anything bank related they could help with. I thought that was very nice of them and shows how much they care. Again theyre a fantastic bank, the staff are all very very nice, no matter which branch Ive went to. Theyre always helpful. Ive had an account with them for almost 20 years because theyre just that awesome.

    TFCU is filled with positive energy. I have noticed that they promote various things on Instagram and it helps “customers” to continue the chain. They focus on awareness or simply doing a give away to cause interaction among the community. If your misleading your path then you should choose TFCU. In our community they focus on helping others. Unlike other places you can notice how much effort they put on the community.Therefore as a little girl when my parents made payments at this location , the front desk and security were filled with joy and manners. They always guided me to complete my parents payment successfully. Lastly, I was gifted a candy and of course kids love candy!

    As a local, the ease of access to your banks has been amazing. I used to live on the east side off Lee Trevino and was always close to a location. I’d go here to get money when I was taking my mom to work at America’s High School. When I moved out I was concerned because my bank was significantly far and didn’t have a Far East location on my side of joe battle and it made it difficult to pull money for babysitters until I discovered the Joe battle location 2 minutes from my home! The drive through makes it very convenient to get in and out and turn right back around and come home in matter of minutes. I don’t mind paying any ATM fees due to the ease of access from my home. I also run a baking business from my home and recommended TFCU ATM when customers prefer to pay cash. Thank you!
