Rachael and her team were absolutely phenomenal during our home buying process. No matter what time of day me or My husband had questions she was available to answer them, and when she was busy her team was on top of it. I cannot thank them enough for making our dream become a reality. I would recommend Cardinal financial for any people looking. They were with us every step of the way from fixing our credit to closing. As stressful as homebuying is, Rachel and her team helped every step of the way.

Rachel was and is AMAZING. This was my first home buying experience and she made it as stress free as she possibly could. Her and I talked at least three times a week and she made sure we understood every little thing. We closed 6 moths ago and she is still there helping us with every question we still have. She truly treats you like she is buying the house with you and not just another client. There is not enough hugs and thank you’s I could possibly give to thank her for all the time effort and hard work she put in for us.

I had a client who was in a difficult price range and I met with Rachael Neville to see if she had some insight. Well, she made all the difference in the world for my client. Rachael was able to qualify her for a price range that gave her more choices and keep her payments where she was comfortable, while allowing her to keep more in her savings account for her nest egg. Rachaels professionalism gave us an edge we didnt have with my clients credit union but her kindness and compassion really added that personal touch we needed. Going above and beyond she came to the closing incase my client had additional questions and was able to reach out to have funds released immediately. After the closing, she was able to join us to visit the house she helped make my clients home.

We had a very difficult journey with the sellers agent and the company the seller choose to use. Rachael & her team went above and beyond to help us get the the loan that was right for us . She was patient , went through every scenario of different percentages down etc & educated us even more on becoming home owners. I was extremely lucky to work with Rachael and her team! Being a first time homebuyer and at a young age, I began the home buying process with very little knowledge about the process but she is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way for me to easily understand. I am so thankful that she was able to work with me using a VA loan and was able to direct me in the right path with making sure I had all the requirements met from the VA. Her professionalism is outstanding! She is always available, quick to respond, and SUPER informative. She made the whole process from start to end as quick and painless as possible. She also connected me with the best realtor, Amy Kershner, who helped me find my dream home! She has helped a few family friends with their home buying process and loans and they have all been extremely satisfied with her assistance.
