Everyone who helped me throughout the process was AMAZING! I mostly worked with Stacey, and she was incredible, knowledgeable, patient, and always available! She communicated well with my realtor and ensured everything was fixed before we could move forward with anything. The process was a long one (~4 months) and Stacey did not show if it fatigued her or lowered her spirits. She was always positive and always helpful, no matter how many times I bugged her! I do feel they lacked the communication that most of us would like because they are so use to seeing these types of documents everyday and forget that the rest of us dont. I would have liked more communication when it came close to my closing so that I completely understood everything. Outside of that everyone here was great to work with.

Jill, Jenny and Shawn are the most professional and NICE people in the real estate lending industry. They worked with us when other financial institutions gave us a hard time in 2016. 4 years after closing on our home we were being solicited by these other financial institutions to refinance for a lower interest rate and we continued our business friendship with Providence Home Loans. We recommend this group with a 5 star rating because they looked at our whole picture in 2016 and treated us like family. Wholesome honesty and support in the home lending process is what you get with this group!

I would 100% recommend Jamie to do home loans. From the beginning he told us what we needed to take care of to be able to get in a house. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had (which was a lot). He gave us updates every step of the process and tries to handle my anxiety about this process. We had a few hiccups along the way but Jamie stood by us and helped us get past them. And it was even more meaningful when he showed up to closing even though he didn’t have to.
