Our experience with Jason at Prodigy Mortgage was excellent. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and guided my husband and I throughout the entire home purchase process. We were able to get a good rate and terms. Also, we able to extend our rate lock after our builder had delays, and Jason made sure to work well with our builder, home insurance company, and was always transparent. We feel that he always had our best interests at heart and cannot recommend him enough!

Jason is amazing! My wife and I were introduced to Jason by our realtor, after the loan company we were working with became unresponsive. I was introduced to Jason on a late Friday afternoon, he quickly got me set up with his application and my wife and I were pre-approved by Saturday afternoon. This allowed us to view homes that Sunday and we ultimately made an offer on one of the houses we viewed. The offer was accepted and Jason continued to work hard on ensuring the rest of the home buying process was seamless. As first time home buyers we had a lot questions. I have worked with Jason for over a year now and he is great. When he first contacted me I thought oh great here goes another lender trying to make a connection to build his own business but not trying to help others. When we actually met he said the exact right things about building a true partnership in which we help customers and clients buy a home.Right out the gate he started to help. I held an open house and asked title and other lenders for information on numbers which all promised but did not deliver. I had reached out to Jason and thought it would be the same but, not only did he provide the needed information he actually showed up to the open house, talked to potential customers on loan options, and advised them on the loan process. From that day forward he has helped several clients to purchase their first home and additional homes. I call him the miracle worker as he has helped several clients that were told by other lenders that they would have to wait a year or more to buy. This was also in the height of the pandemic and yet, Jason made it happen.I dont recommend everyone and my belief is you have to truly put the client first to get a recommendation and Jason checks all the boxes. Jason is the go-to guy when you need mortgages or other loans. I got my home thru him about a year ago. He has been readily responding to my calls even after the loan was closed. You might know how important the timing is in terms of purchasing homes. I will find him again when we get a chance to buy new properties.
