    We were first time home buyers looking to make one of the biggest purchase in our lives. We applied with Dollitta Cooke at Priority Home Mortgage and were pre-approved the very next day! That fast turn around time helped us realize we could afford more than we had initially expected. We purchased in 2021 when houses were flying off the market almost as soon as they were added. So having quick turn times with our lender was imperative. After finally finding the house we knew we wanted, I had to reach back out to Dollitta to get an updated pre-approval letter since our other was too low. Dollitta did this for us in record time! She was able to run the numbers and provide us with an updated pre-approval letter within the hour! Additionally, she went out of her way to give the seller’s realtor a call confirming that we were a solid pick for the seller. Our seller was moving out of the country and could not have this deal fall through. Our offer was picked soon after that! Next came the fun part, or lack there of, providing all our documents so we could actually be approved for the loan. The mortgage process, which is usually the toughest part and the most frustrating at times, was incredibly smooth and shockingly not frustrating at all thanks to Priority Home Mortgage! I was given a detailed list of items to provide which made my job as the buyer super simple. I just pulled those documents and uploaded them to their secured portal. It was so easy to navigate their portal and was peace of mind knowing that I didn’t have to email sensitive documents over. We had an amazing experience with Priority and highly recommend them using them! We will likely be buying our next house through them as well!
