Michelle was just an excellent associate. For quite a year I have decided not to go to the Cypress branch because of poor customer service. Her welcome greetings and performance made my day and I decided to send more customers to the Barker Cypress branch instead of going to the 290 branch. Shes exceptionally awesome. Needs to be a manager. -
