    We could not be more happy with Kimberly. She literally held our hand through the entire process and was patient with us as we asked her infinite questions, most of them repeat questions, sometimes 3 or 4 times!     My husband and I recently worked with Kimberly Nelon and the Guild Team on financing our new build home. While we could have gotten an incentive towards closing costs for using the builders mortgage company, we chose to use Kimberly and the Guild team because of the incredible customer service we received from the very beginning. Kimberly answered all our questions in a timely fashion and was super kind and patient with all of our first time home buying questions. Even though I dont think Guild typically works with new builds, Kimberly and her team did a fantastic job of communicating with the builder to make sure that my husband and I were ready for closing day. During the start she was with a different company and let us know that she would be switching to primelending; she asked if we would like to stick with her or stick with our original lender and we ultimately decided that it would be best to stay with lender because we were already so close. During that time we were very worried because the guy that took over our case was not nearly as thorough but Kim, working with a different company, not getting compensation, helped us and our new lender close in 17 days!
