Hugos team was fantastic! After dealing with a previous lender that turned us down during underwriting, we were really stressed out as first-time homebuyers. But once Hugos team stepped in, everything became so much smoother. Their communication was top-notch, and they provided us with the support and reassurance we needed, especially since they took over just a couple of weeks before our closing date. Monica and Rebecca were also instrumental in our success, always sending over documents and explaining everything clearly without making us feel like we were asking too many questions. They truly made the whole process stress-free and manageable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
