Zach and his team were fantastic. As a first home buyer, I was all nerves and learning as I went. Zach was always there to answer my questions promptly. Lets just say we basically talked on a daily basis, and Im grateful for his patience. I dont know how it is for other people going through this process, but if you know you are going to need a 24/7 hand guiding you, my advice would be go with Zach. He came through for us on a super tight spot with our seller, and we are forever grateful. I did not even think I would quality for a home loan, Zach helped me see our dream was possible.

I worked with Carrie Elhert, she was phenomenal from beginning to end! She ensured everything was in place to satisfy the underwriter for the loan. If I didn’t have it she helped me figure it out so I could have it. I was done with all paperwork 4 days before close. When I got to close everything was ready for me to sign!!! No extras required on that day! We talked on the phone like family, I was very comfortable sharing my personal finances with Carrie and she was not judgmental nor condescending, but very understanding and kind. Absolutely amazing team! I have bad credit because of mistakes with credit cards from college years ago! My fiancé and I applied and Jim’s team including Paul and Amy made it so seamless! In a very stressful time PRM made it as smooth a process as possible. They always have prompt responses and truly care to help you! If you have a job switch they work with you. If your home doesn’t appraise for what you offered they work with you to get a different rate so you can afford to pay the difference. Not only that but they do it all with a smile on their faces! Jim the owner showed up at our closing at the title company proving what an amazing man he is! Thanks Jim, Paul, and Amy!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone but them!

I was a bit skeptical at first because I dealt with another loan company that required way too much paperwork. I was told it was because I am self-employed and that those are the rules. It got so cumbersome and time consuming that I had to quit the process.But Allen over at this company knew exactly what to do and made it easy for me to cut through the clutter and I was able to close in a matter of a few weeks after completing some simple paperwork and a little Q&A. Id recommend this company to any self-employed folks who have had trouble securing a refinance.
