They walked alongside us through even home selection by answering questions, always available. Documentation was thorough and uncomplicated. Closing was quick and smooth. They made sure we were locked into the best rates. Our closing was extended by one week due to further inspections. Prestonwood made sure we were locked into the same rates at the time when rates were fluctuating daily.I could not have asked for a better partnership as a first-time home buyer.They came highly recommended and did not fail in the standard of service that they were recommended for.
