I have been attempting for several years to have my husband do a bill pay, and even when I go to the credit union with him, they are unable to do anything!Lo and behold Chelsea, the kind, caring, and persistent young lady on the phone. Took a lot of time , because she had to jump through hoops, but she got it done !Chelsea deserves a giant raise ! Because of her alone, he will not be changing financial institutions, as we had planned!Thank you Chelsea!

I was referred to this credit union by my cousin not knowing what I was getting myself into. I havent had a real bank account in over 11 years just didnt trust them. After applying for a checking account for myself they made it so easy and simple that I opened an account for my daughter as well with the payback program. Not only did I do that I needed to get out of the car I was in. Which was hurting me more than helping. From the first call to the bank to set up my account it was pleasant. Logan was AWESOME he was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly able to get me the best and lowest APR for another car. He also helped me get a great warranty/gap for it as well. A whole lot less than what I wouldve spent at the dealership. I am pleased with my purchase and the ease of doing business with this bank was phenomenal. They made the process so smooth quick and painless if I had to I would do it all over again. It has been nothing but a blessing from day 1. Thank you Prestige and Logan!Janet

GREAT CREDIT UNION!!We moved here from out of state and needed to find a local bank. We were completely unfamiliar with the area and what it had to offer so we set out to find a credit union as weve had good experiences in the past.I had read good things about Prestige and went in and met with Logan. Logan was very helpful and set up new checking accounts for myself and my oldest daughter. The process was quick and easy and we had debit cards and access that same day.I have found that they are really great people with a very personal type banking experience. They are always super helpful and dont have that big bank feel or way of doing business.I have since had my two younger kids open their first checking accounts and it has been very easy for them to use and navigate the online banking.I would highly recommend using Prestige to anyone!

When seeking financing, I always get a headache. Not this time. Prestige came in recommended from my bank in New Mexico as a shared branch. It took two days, and maybe a total of 2 hours of my time in order to get everything situated.I had the pleasure to work with a great loan officer, Logan Geisler. He was to the point and straightforward. No BS, no fluff, just told me exactly what the process was, and how I needed to approach it.I am very happy to be with Prestige, and could not recommend Logan more.

I have been a member of the Prestige family for over 10 years and Loan Officer Logan Geisler is another reason why I continue to bank with Prestige.At the time of this review, and without putting too much of my personal business out there, I can admit my credit is not the best.Well, on May 12th I spoke with Logan and gave him all the necessary information and he came back with some rates! He had options for me! If I wanted to go USED I could do this... or if I wanted to go NEW I could do that. He literally took the time to answer numerous questions and picked up 99.9% of the time when I called and if he missed my call he would quickly return my voice message.Now, this could all be because of serendipity. So, I know not everyones experience will be the same but the stars were aligned for me these past few days!That being said... I have been a PCU member for a couple of years. Their website advertised a 0% interest line of credit so I applied. I had the great fortune of working with Jennifer Kahan. She was a consummate professional and knows what shes doing. Not only did she get me more credit than I thought Id get, she refinanced my truck! She is single handedly saving me hundreds of dollars in interest payments. I am beyond thrilled with the service she and PCU have provided. She answered every question I had and was prompt with her responses. I could not be happier with her and PCU. 5 stars!

COVID has impacted everyone in different ways. My family was struggling and we were down to our last $100 for groceries. This money was trapped on a card from an old Illinois credit union, and we were turned away from multiple partner branches when attempting to withdraw these funds. I truly believed I would not be able to feed my family today. However, here at Prestige, the wonderful and diligent staff saw the urgency in the situation, and were able to expertly assist us in updating our information and withdrawing the funds.
