I had the opportunity to work with Diane Roh at Premier Mortgage as a Realtor representing the buyer. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience and working with her! Diane is super communicative (quick to answer her phone, even on days others might take off, and answer questions), very thorough on keeping everyone updated with important details, and works quickly and efficiently. She was able to get my buyer closed in 21 days no problem, which helped make our offer more competitive! Her friendly and sweet demeanor is just a bonus, and you will not be disappointed if you choose to work with Diane :) I will be recommending her to other clients in the future!

Diane Roh is hands down the best of the best! Ive never had someone during the house buying process who cared so much! She went out of her way time and time again, kept me on track, helped in so many ways and is very thoughtful and professional. She makes a very complicated process feel like a walk in the park! If you dont have Diane as your loan officer, youre missing out on a great experience.

The first house fell through because of liens on the builder and other problems, but they stuck with us, and with their patience and tenacity, we are in our dream home. I cant say enough about our very positive experience with Diane Roh and Premier Mortgage !We had been watching the Denver area real estate market for several months. As funds became available for a down payment on a townhouse we began to wonder who to choose for a mortgage underwriter. Should we stay local in Pueblo or go with a Denver firm. Since this would be a long distance purchase who could service us better? I am really glad we crossed paths with Diane.We closed on a two bedroom townhouse last week in Denver. Throughout the whole process Diane was right there with us from the loan application all the way through loan underwriting and closing prep. Diane produced loan scenarios for every request at different down payments for different properties with out hesitation. She answered every question we came up with quickly and accurately . She was always available...even after hours !Diane kept us on track to close on time and without a hitch. You know what they say...Go with a PRO! We know we did!
