    I never have problems with the harker heights or the on post locations. I get my checks by direct deposit and its always posted in a timely manner.Being disabled I mostly use only drive through however when we arrive there is barely any wait time and were on our way in about ten minutes. Longer if lots of people waiting ahead of me.

    Mr Leonard Kim at the Harker Heights location went above and beyond with superb customer service. He help me with my account issues and sent up the required paperwork around 10am by 5pm he got the alert that everything were accepted. He then called me back by the end of the day to give me the update on the issue. Thank you very much. This young man is awesome.

    I love this branch! I used to have to go on post to take care of my financial business. This branch is really convenient for me. The staff is extremely friendly. They recognize me and acknowledge me as soon as I walk in the door. Being from a small town, this makes me feels really good. It reminds me of small hometown banking with a modern updated twist.
