Everyone at Cross Country Mortgage, especially Paty, was incredible! We hit our road block with our initia VA Loan Officer, and our realtor referred us to her. They made our home buying experience as fast and as painless as it could be, and we really appreciate that. They always picked up the phone when we needed them, and they worked around our work schedules to get everything moving how it needed to be. We didnt ever have any hidden fees, everything was upfront and spoken about when it was found out. We never worried about them doing anything behind our backs. I highly recommend!

Paty and her team at Cross Country were amazing servicing our loan. My husband and I ran into a hiccup because of our unique situation with our initial loan company. We got with our realtor and she referred us to Paty and her team. We were 2 weeks from closing when the hiccup occurred. We were at our wits end and ready to give up when Paty took over. Paty worked cooperatively with us and superseded our expectations. She guaranteed that as long as we provided what was needed we would still be able to close on time. I heard her and did everything she needed me to do. Everything her team did was timely and their response time is amazing. You weren’t sitting around wondering and waiting on answers. She got right back to you and if she didn’t know the answer she found it from whoever had it and got back to us. I can’t say enough about this team.
