Brad and Michelle at Parkmount Lending were Awesome! Brad assisted me with the purchase of my home and refinance a year and a half later. Brad and Michele were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Brad researched all the options for my refinance and was able to get my interest rate lowered by almost 2%. He walked me through the entire process and explained every step to me along the way. He was always quick to respond to all my phone calls and e-mails. Chuck was extremely attentive, patient, and understanding throughout this whole process. There were many changes along the way to paperwork and not once did Chuck complain or make us feel like we were hassling him, though were sure it was a hassle. It wasnt for Chuck, we probably wouldve given up on purchasing our home. His persistence in getting things completed and his expediency in all of this has been nothing short of amazing. Were sure Chuck is the best Loan Officer out there :)

This Loan Transaction With Angus Harrup was great and the whole transaction was smooth and everything proceeded in a timely manner. The great thing was the docs were at Title 4 days before closing, which let the Seller out of town sign early and funding happened on the day we closed. I would recommend Parkmont Lending and Angus Harrup for any real estate loan transaction

With me being a 21 year Veteran I have high expectations and Chuck Burton has exceeded every single of them!I always say there are 3 types of people in this world; 1) Ones who watch stuff happen.2) Those that ask what just happened.3.
