I have used Park Place Funding for several years on multiple properties and they have been fabulous to work with. Quick, easy and great communication. I prefer this lender to others as they strive to build a personal relationship with you, and you are not just another customer/account. Would HIGHLY recommend PPF.

Park Place Funding has been great to work with. Theyve been very professional and easy to deal with. They have quick and simple qualifying procedures, and compared to the hassle and runaround that banks hit you with these days, they are practically stress free. I have done business with them now twice, and both times have been good experiences. These days banks have become very arrogant and abusive, and thats before they slam the door in your face after wasting two months of your time. Do yourself a favor and dont do that. Deal with Park Place Funding instead. Youll be glad you did.

Mike & Hallie are great! Ive closed three deals with them over the past three years. One of the deals came close to falling through due to the sellers hesitancy with my financing. Mike called the seller personally to assure them the deal would close. Youll never see that happen with a big box hard money lender!
