I’ve been with BTH since 1997 in Mineola. I moved over to Lindale when they opened this office. I’ve ALWAYS had great service, kind employees, and they’ve always gone over and above to help me. When I had someone steal my debit card number as we were leaving town for vacation, BTH caught it before I did. They called me and determined fraud. They cancelled my debit card and had offered to prepare travelers checks for our trip. It was so smooth and encouraging to know someone was watching our back!!
