He was very thorough and answered all of our questions in a really friendly down to earth manner (even when we asked the same question multiple times). He worked hard to explain the mortgage banking industry and to ensure we got the best possible rates on our loan. As a broker, he shopped around for the best option for us and landed us a really great rate! There were some unique aspects of the transaction that made it an exceptionally difficult loan to place because of the exceptions it required, but which Jesse’s experience and connections he was able to get it done. I have known Jessee for over 2 decades. He was an athlete of mine. Due to my personal circumstances Jessee had to go to bat for me and negotiate between FHA and Teacher Retirement System of Texas. FHA wanted something TRS wouldnt give. I was caught in a nasty government bureaucratic crazy cycle. I honestly have never had an issue buting a home. Hopefully your mortgage will be easier, but if it isnt then you will have Jessee to fight for you! Super knowledgeable and taught me along the way. You cant go wrong with Jessee.
