    I went in to open a new account and Nathaniel was the best, most professional and friendliest banker!! I almost forgot how great it is to walk into a bank and have people help you who really love their job!! He took the time to answer ALL of my questions and NEVER made me feel as if I was bothering him like some other banks have. Great job Nathaniel! The supervisor Ms. Ericka was great as well. She too answered questions I had and was very nice lady. Kudos to you maam. And we cant forget the cutest free gift ever just for opening an account. Now thats what I call showing appreciation for your customers!!!

    Great service! Strongly recommend Mr. Juan Alonso for he is the best Treasury Management Assistant I have ever had in any bank. I moved to a different city and I never changed banks solely because of his service. Thanks Western Heritage for hiring such great employees!

    Rebecca great us and started our process. She was very friendly even though she is s Packer Fan and were Vikings fan. Lol.Gabriel was awesome! Welcomed us and explained everything as he finalized our enrollment in the Pioneer bank family.Gil answered our questions and printed our cards.It was a great experience. Im gladder chose Pioneer bank as our bank in El Paso!

    Pioneer bank has as helped by always been good to us. I first opened my account in N.M. and now I bank in El Paso Tx. It is a very friendly bank with great customer service. Today I was helped by Gabriel Loya who helped me and my wife. He is one of the best when it comes to customer service. He answered our questions, and helped us through some issues. We couldnt have been happier to receive such great service from the personnel. I would recommend anyone seeking a good bank, to try Pioneer bank, for great banking services.

    I have been with Pioneer bank since 2009 or so, and was delighted when I moved to the Westside; the branch is about .5 mile from my apartment, and I have always been a big fan of their fast and friendly service. Like the fact that if you open a new account, they can create a debit card for you right there at the location. Thanks Pioneer Bank.

    This bank is has headquarters un Albuquerque, NM. It is a bank that gives you flexibility. One thing that really surprised me isthe fact that the bank wont shut your account down if you dont make a transaction within a year. In other words you have up to a year to leave your acount without making any type of transaction unlike other banks that will shut you down in six months.Very friendly staff, but for some reason it looks like they want to stop offering coffee, because they always had coffee or tea. They moved it to the back the last time I was there.One thing that bothered me is that it took about a month to receive my card and it wont get delivered to your house youll receive ot in one of the Pioneer bank locations that you decide for the card to be delivered to. Uf you loose it, youll be charged five dollars.
