    When it came to us needing to beat out over bidders and multiple offers on the table , We found out fast NRL is a TOP DOG HEAVY WEIGHT CONTENDER IN THERE GAME OF MORTGAGE, WE live in Austin and rented a home for 8 years before it got so darn expensive that it was time we had to buy a home of our own. 8 years ago the home we rented was valued at 97k today with no changes to the home from when we moved in the value has increased to 576k and needles to say the landlord wants the going rate on rental fees, after getting over bid at the first 3 homes we bid on . my agent informed the sellers agent that we were backed and approved by NRL and that NRL doesnt approve unless its an almost guaranteed approval, sellers agent with 13 offers took ours and we closed on agreed date. BUT WHAT I WANT TO ENFOSISE IS THAT Brent, Lorie , and Cory at NRL literally work round the clock and have so many happy clients they attend to as if each one were there only client getting 100 percent attention and thats detailed attention!! NRL is my hero and the most amazing group of people that i would never have expected to see them do and accomplish what you set out to accomplish, your end goal is there priority and they dont sleep until its done . One important thing they can only be your winning dog in the fight if you do your part asap in order to keep them on top of your goal. AMAZING TRULY A BLESSING TO ME AND MY WIFE IN OUR KNEW HOME,.
