Around (ends of November 2024) That he is the BEST! & yes he is! Yesterday 01/31/2025 we signed OUR NEW HOME without a co-signer. Mark was able to help us through hurdles and was with us every step of the way. It was a long road but he gsve us step by step instructions and was able to get us approved. Hes a very nice guy and we really appreciate him. Mark and David are very helpful and quick to answer their phones or call you back asap. We were worried we would be denied because we have been in the past, but they work with a guy named Mike who has turned our credit score around. 100% would recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for a house or to refinance. -

First and foremost, I want to thank you all for everything. We came to NRL out of a recommendation from someone, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had one deal that fell through due to things that were unrelated to NRL. Nikki and Mark ensured us that they would be able to help us every step of the way and get us into a house in a month. Well one month and 3 days, the deal was complete. Mark, Nikki, and the team were with us every step of the way and kept an open line of communication for the entire process. We were able to call about anything at any time. They were positive, aggressive, and overall the most amazing lending company that we have ever experienced. I would do the process completely over again with NRL, and we cant thank them enough! -

This post is long overdue. I am a business owner and bought a house back in October. I gotta say the process wasn’t easy since I’m self employed but Michael and Mark worked hard to get me not only approved but in my new home. Mark was my first point of contact with NRL. He was referred to me by my realtor. He worked with me after hours and got me a preapproval letter not long after our call. After I decided on a house - he had me work with Mark to get me to the finish line. Mark was great at explaining the process and keeping me in the know about each next step. The process was frustrating because the underwriters required a lot more out of me since I’m self employed but NRL kept pushing the underwriters to get things done as quickly as possible. I was probably a bit of a PITA but after everything was said in done they got me into my new home at an excellent interest rate. (They referred me to an excellent credit guy to help with a few things to help improve my score)I am very pleased with the NRL team and will refer friends and family to them. -

Today October 16, 2020 we purchased a home using Kimberly Kibbe as our realtor. We started our process on March 11, 2020 she was very informative and keep us in the knowing throughout the whole process. After looking at several houses in September we finally found a house that we wanted. Over the four weeks Kimberly did an excellent job on helping us getting everything complete I’m a timely manner and closing on time. Overall she was a delight to work with professional, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we had a full understanding of all transaction. -

When I started the process of purchasing my home I was given three different phone numbers of lending companies, two of those companies never answered/returned my phone calls. Brent Garza at NRL answered very quickly and even though I had called during a dinner meeting he took my phone call, answered my questions that anyone buying a house would have. The following day he proceed to further answer my questions in great detail, it was at that moment I knew I had chosen the correct lending team. A few days went by and I spoke with Caitlyn Goins through email and phone, she kept me in the loop the entire time. When I met Brent and Caitlyn in person they were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their field. They introduced themselves, told me that they were going to Batman and Robin my case together and they did. I would highly recommend NRL to anyone looking to purchase their home.
